Help and feedback
- In the game: every page has a Report a bug and a Suggest a feature link. We read every report and suggestion, and the best ideas end up in the game.
- Account or purchase problems: write to support@dukesanddragons.com and we will help.
- Questions about playing: ask on Discord, where other players and the staff can answer.
The rules in brief
- One account per person. No bots, scripts or exploiting bugs: report them instead.
- Be decent in chat, mail and your profile: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content or spam.
- Staff can warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break the rules.
