Refund policy

Gem purchases
Gem packs are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for every order. If you are not happy with a purchase, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it.
- How to ask: use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. You can also write to us at support@dukesanddragons.com and we will help.
- What happens to the Gems: when a refund is approved, the Gems from that purchase (including any first-purchase bonus) are removed from your balance. Gems you have already spent cannot be taken back, so your balance never drops below zero.
- Chargebacks: if a payment is reversed through your bank instead, the Gems are removed in the same way.
- Problems with a purchase — Gems that did not arrive, or a pack charged twice — are always put right: contact us or Paddle and we will add the Gems or refund the payment.
Nothing here limits any right to a refund you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Accounts closed for breaking the rules
If an account is banned for breaking the Terms of Service (for example cheating or abuse), Gems on that account are lost and purchases are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
