Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 October 2026. These terms apply to Dukes & Dragons (“the game”), run by Justin Williams (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- One account per person. Running several accounts to help each other is not allowed, and linked accounts cannot attack, ally or trade with each other.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live (with a parent's or guardian's permission if you are under the age of majority).
Playing fair
- No cheating, bots, scripts that play for you, or exploiting bugs. Report bugs instead — finding one is welcome, abusing it is not.
- Be decent in chat, mail and your profile: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content or spam.
- Staff may warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and remove content. Serious cases can lose their kingdom.
Rounds and the game world
The game is played in rounds. When a round ends the world resets: land, buildings, troops and resources start over, while things like trophies, merits, achievements, nameplates, crests and Gem balances carry on. We keep improving the game, so rules, balance and features change over time.
Gems
- Gems are a virtual currency used only inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold to other players or outside the game.
- Gems are a licence to use game features, not property. If your account is banned for breaking these terms, its Gems are lost.
- Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders, handles payment, tax and receipts, and provides customer service for billing questions. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
- Refunds: see our Refund policy.
The service
We work hard to keep the game running, but it is provided “as is”: there may be downtime, bugs or lost progress, and we may change or end features or the game itself. Where the game ends for good, we will give notice in the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Privacy and contact
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy. Questions about these terms: support@dukesanddragons.com.
